He is very professional and honest. I was very impressed with his offer. I made a quote request online and he sent me a quick email with an offer. After a testing drive, I decided to purchase the vehicle. It was a very smooth and happy purchase experience with him. I don't know how to thank him enough. Sincerely appreciated. Way to go, Sam!!! I bought my 2024 Honda Pilot from Benjamin Solomon at Larry Hopkins Honda Sunnyvale. I originally had my heart set on getting another vehicle from a different manufacturer, but after test driving the Pilot I knew it was my car! All I needed to do was choose the color and trim, I chose the modern steel metallic EX-L. Benjamin walked me through on how to fill out the forms and while waiting for my paperwork to get approved by my bank we chit chatted about a future roadtrip I will be taking with my family on in spring. When we received our keys, Benjamin walked us through one last time the many features of the car. My family is excited with our recent purchase and now there’s so much more room everyone is comfortable and happy even our family dog. A week after purchasing the car, Benjamin called to ask how we were enjoying the car. I told him we love it and the kids enjoy looking at the cameras and knowing that a drone is following us as we safely park the car. There’s no drone, it’s just the multi view camera. Lol I would definitely recommend seeing Benjamin at Larry Hopkins in Sunnyvale if you are interested in a Honda. He will guide you and is patient not pushy like other salespeople I’ve met. Jay did a good job of selling us a Vehicle without any pressure tactics and helped us choose an available color of our choice. He also priced it attractively. Of course, the finance manager tried his best to sell us some JD Powers warranties and extended warranties, and maybe I got the best ones (longest duration ones). No one needs a warranty for 7 years! But for 11 years or 13 or 15 years - that makes some sense. Lets see how they go! I used my previous honda for 19.5 years before I traded it in. Never got an extended warranty for that one. After 10 years things do need repairs. The warranties are too short most of the time to be of any use. Felix gave a good discount for the accessories like the door guards, etc. Richard has been a reliable service advisor for years. (and Billy too). Jay and Felix, you owe my vehicle two FREE washes - because it was too late that evening. And you all promised an extra one. So I am coming back to you for two free washes. Thanks a bunch. More
