This has been the worst experience ever. They promised This has been the worst experience ever. They promised they had checked the truck for all mechanical issues and said it was perfect. I asked for the extended warranty and they said the truck was to old. Truck was an 07 f250 Diesel had 74,000 miles so not a lot.bought the truck. Talk to my mechanic and said that he would not have bought it Because of the issues with that truck design and year. Went back the next day less than 24 hrs later and they said sorry we are not going to take the truck back. I said I do not want the truck because of potential issues. Again, they said we have been through the entire engine and the truck is perfect. They also said there is no way they will take the truck back. So, I felt like I had no choice but to keep it at this point. 3 months go by and no problems. 4 months in after the warranty is out egr cool blows and causes it to over heat , I take it to ford to see if the will honor the warranty even though it had just expired a month before and they told me no and I told them what about how you guys said it was in perfect condition???? They again said sorry we will not do anything for you. Took it to a different mechanic 3500$ damage. Two weeks after that fuel gage sender goes out$1000. 3 weeks after that the truck will not dart once it is hot so I’m now back at The mechanic. I would never buy from them nor would I recommend anyone buy from them used or new. They do not care about people . All they are about is marketing and making the sale. They will say anything to get you to sign . More

Thru racing i was brought in and meet old man Bruncati in 2003, he said he would make it happen and he sure as xxxx did. That was my first purchase this blue Ford 250 Lariat. Since then the old man retired a 2003, he said he would make it happen and he sure as xxxx did. That was my first purchase this blue Ford 250 Lariat. Since then the old man retired and the kids are running the show. i have probably directly and indirectly thru friends and family bought over a dozen vehicles. In 2011 a new sales guy moved in fleet leasing after being a diesel mechanic for 20 years, he sold me that truck and the new 2020 350 tremor i picked up the other day. He totally suck at returning emails and calls and pisses me of but i get over it when its time to get the contract and pick up the truck. As I start this review let me just say I have never ever done a review on anyone or any business or anything. Yes, I’m a real person with a real nightmare. I have always been of the idea of making my own ch done a review on anyone or any business or anything. Yes, I’m a real person with a real nightmare. I have always been of the idea of making my own choices and experiencing myself, not lead by what others have to say, but after my experience with Sunrise Ford Fontana, I don’t know if I will continue to not read reviews. I will not tell you to not go because obviously they are a business and they are providing for a lot of families but I will tell you please please please inspect the vehicle you’re purchasing, if you can use a loop to so, do it, don’t be of the idea, it’s used you get what you pay for, because we paid a real good number for all the headache we are receiving in return. My story with this business is just so long and unresolved to this point, I’ll cut it short and to the point. On June 27, 2020, we bought a used 2018 Ford Expedition, less than a month later we had the engine light on, yes, engine light, took it to our local dealership, we are not from Fontana, we are more than 150+ miles from their establishment. Well our suv was at our local dealership for 6 weeks, when we had less than 4 weeks. I’m not going to lie it’s not all bad, sunrise, did give me a lender vehicle meanwhile for those 6 weeks!!! But guess what the lender after the 4th week or so gets an ABS light!!! Yes, I know right, what’s going on here with their used car lot? I notified them right away and all they said “we will have our service department inspect it when you return it”, I returned the vehicle one week after I got mine since we couldn’t go to them that same week we got ours back, it was Labor Day weekend and we had family over. We didn’t move their lender it all since we had ours back and it had the ABS light on. We returned it immediately the following weekend. Well now here we are again the one we purchased has the same noise it was making prior to having the engine light on and I’m so scared to have all this, all over!!! The truck has been in the dealership getting fix more than we have been able to have it ourselves. I’ve called, morning, afternoon, and evening, leaving voicemails to many different people and not one person has called me back it all. I’ve also sent three emails to 7 different people and not one has replied back, I’m sure more than one had to read it by now. We had several red flags when we were there and didn’t pay attention, it’s too late for the “should have” We did purchase extended warranty so that’s not even the issue the point is they don’t care because they also give 3000 miles or three months warranty and we haven’t reached either and they have ignored us. I wish they were as hesitant to help us or call back as they were when we were in the market for buying. This is not even as bad as it really is and has been, there’s so much more that happened to us with them but why even sit here now and write it, just do your diligent work if you are buying a used car from them so you aren’t hitting yourself like we are right now. Our safe, reliable, and spacious dream car for our growing family became a nightmare and a ball of stressful moments. I don’t give names of the people because that’s not how I’m and they deserve there privacy, at the end of the day they are employees too but the upper management should be ashamed, yes, ASHAMED to even treat customers like they have treated us.
