If I could I would give 0 stars. Very unprofessional customer service. I took in my Mustang for a recall on my doors and when I picked up my car, I was told the PSI on my tires were 32 and as soon as I customer service. I took in my Mustang for a recall on my doors and when I picked up my car, I was told the PSI on my tires were 32 and as soon as I drove off the lot, my car alerted me the PSI was 21, the fender was detached, my trunk was opened and there was a crack on my fender. I was very disappointed with the way they mishandled my vehicle for a simple recall. I called to get this fixed and they did nothing to fix this nor did they apologize. Very rude employees, it was my first time here and I will NEVER go back again. I have never been disrespected at any dealerships except for Ford. I highly recommend going elsewhere or they too will ruin your Mustang GT 5.0 More

My car had a recall on my airbag. The service I recieved was great. Everyone from calling making the appointment to picking up my car was awesome. they were kind and polite. Which was a huge difference and why I bought another Ford and that Eli apologized for the hunk of crap 6.0. BUT when Eli dropped it off found 2 dents and no pass code for the additional alarm we were given. I called an emailed twice, and yes I could go down there but I am working on a project that has me working 10-12 hrs and 6 days. More
