Jay was friendly and a straight shooter. He worked within my time constraints and told me up front what couldn't be done in that time. I was not happy at all. I found a car I really wanted that was falsely advertised for the wrong price . The dealer I spoke with at first said I was wrong so I sent him a screen shot of the advertisement that was falsely advertised for the wrong price . Instead of trying to help me find something in my price range because the car was way out of my budget he didn’t do anything. If I could I would give 0 stars. Very unprofessional customer service. I took in my Mustang for a recall on my doors and when I picked up my car, I was told the PSI on my tires were 32 and as soon as I customer service. I took in my Mustang for a recall on my doors and when I picked up my car, I was told the PSI on my tires were 32 and as soon as I drove off the lot, my car alerted me the PSI was 21, the fender was detached, my trunk was opened and there was a crack on my fender. I was very disappointed with the way they mishandled my vehicle for a simple recall. I called to get this fixed and they did nothing to fix this nor did they apologize. Very rude employees, it was my first time here and I will NEVER go back again. I have never been disrespected at any dealerships except for Ford. I highly recommend going elsewhere or they too will ruin your Mustang GT 5.0 More
