Poor PDI I purchased a new F250. The truck was poorly washed so my salesperson had them do it again. During delivery the salesperson and his team were obsessed I purchased a new F250. The truck was poorly washed so my salesperson had them do it again. During delivery the salesperson and his team were obsessed with downloading and implementing the new Ford Pass. After 45 minutes and three associates later, they realized this vehicle didn't have the 4G wifi. Sunrise definitely needs better training with their reps and technology. Next, I'm finally driving home at almost 10pm and the TPMS light goes off. The recommended air pressure for this vehicle is 60 psi. Three tires were around 56 psi and one tire was at 47 psi. I pulled into my driveway and made the proper adjustments. I love Ford trucks and I've bought about a dozen vehicles from this salesperson over the years. There is a long backstory to this however the poor delivery may have just sealed their fate. I will most likely buy another Ford vehicle in the future but probably not from Sunrise anymore. More
