THIS DEALER NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED 2 days ago on 8/20/2022, I went in , had an appointment with a sales rep to see a 2018 Ford Explorer that had 38k miles and was for $24k online price. First person I spoke to was JASON BURDT, who seemed like a nice guy, did a test drive and everything. I was about to close the deal, even shook his hand. I then realized that they were doing too many "add ons". I was offering to put $10k down but then realized that they were going to finance the whole price not taking into consideration my down payment. He then said he was gonna try to get someone else to try and get a better rate than the one he was giving me. That's when he introduced me to CHANCE SMITH, who clearly has NO work ethics whatsoever ; This guy tried to finance me with a different bank, when he put the paper down, I realized he was financing a total different vehicle, one that was newer and with less miles. definitely not the one I was goin to purchase. When I told him that that was not the car we were supposed to be negotiating, and that I've decided to not make a deal with them, I asked for my information that I had provided them with which was my last 3 moths of bank statement, copy of my drivers license , copy of my W2-9 (which had my social security number) they refused to hand it back to me. I asked for it many times and was told that they were gonna shred it, I then said that I could do it myself because it was my personal and sensitive information and they proceeded to throw it in a locked box even though I had already asked for it before he did that. Then he told me that he had no access to the drop box (that he had just threw my papers in). I then asked to speak to his manager GABRIEL JAVREGUI and he just told me the same thing , that he didn't have access to the locked box either. I asked to speak to HIS manager and just said he wasn't there. yesterday, I missed a call from them, heard the voice mail and it was this guy named GARY DEHART, but based on a review about him threatening a customer on 7/31/2022, I rather not call him back . Never have I ever experienced something like this. I'm glad that a couple sitting next to me was able to walk away when they saw what was being done to me. But based on the reviews, I'm sure there has been more people who have been robbed in the past by SUNRISE FORD IN NORTH HOLLYWOOD. More

These guys threatened a friend when he went to pick up the ford he priced online. They added on multiple items without asking, then refused to sell him the car and are now charging twice the msrp. Ordered the f150 lightning online for 55,994+ tax, then showed up to the dealer and they refused to sell it because they wanted to sell at a markup. A friend went to go pick up his costom ordered F150 lightning. This dealer did some not asked for add-ons, then marked up the price over 2k! The dealership absolutely refused to honor a $1000 custom order incentive from Ford when I picked up the car. I provided a screenshot that I had taken of the offer from the time I ordered the car as well as order incentive from Ford when I picked up the car. I escalated to the internet sales director and the sales manager, who expressed that he would be happy to have me walk so they could sell the car to someone else the next day. They also installed $2200 worth of "optional" dealer add-ons that I had confirmed would not be installed when I ordered the car and when they took delivery from the factory. Of course they refused to uninstall those or give any sort of good faith credit or discount. I am happy to drag their name through the dirt and steer as many people away from them as possible. More
