The first person I dealt with was Steve McDonald and he said pull your car up and leave your keys on the dash. No hello, no nothing. Then I dealt with Bob Wilson, who, when I walked up to say “hello”…. he stuck his finger on my face and said “hold on…I’m on the phone.” Then I told him how rude Steve McDonald was and he called me on the phone 10 minutes later and said we’re not gonna do work on your car. Sunrise Ford is a cancer and the employees look like something out of the Appalachian Mountains, Extreme disrespect from Bob Wilson, and will never ever take my Ford there ever again, and just that visit alone has made me want to sell my Ford and never ever get another one. I haven’t done it yet, but I’m gonna write about 20 scathing bad reviews on sunrise Ford and put it all over the Internet to let people know not to go there again. Bob Wilson shouldn’t be anywhere near customers, he should be in the back loading boxes or fired. Bob Wilson also illegally told me that the $5000 extended warranty on my car that I purchased from Ford, was and he wouldn’t honor it. I tell you who will not think it’s invalid is a Florida state judge. What’s going on at sunrise? Ford is blatant larceny from customers, when you sell somebody a extended warranty for $5000 and you happily and greedily take the $5000 from the customer, but then refused to honor the warranty, that is fraud. And I will be reporting that to the state of Florida, shortly. More

I was gouged on the cost of the part as well as the labor charge. I provided the technician with the maintenance needed and after completing the job he agreed with my assessment. Had line x applied and had overspray over entire vehicle. They did clean the truck the next day but I am 45 minutes away. Just wish the preparation was better to avoid this hassle.
