I recently bought my first car at Sunrise Toyota. I had previously visited a different dealership and done some research on what kind of vehicle I wanted on my own. The first dealership I visited took a pretty aggressive sales approach, which made me uncomfortable. I came to Sunrise Toyota to take a look in-person at the car I thought I wanted. Eric was friendly, patient with my first-time buyer questions, and made sure I was going to be happy with my decision. When the dealership didn't have the car I wanted in the color I wanted, they found one for me within a week. When I got my car, they made sure it was in good shape before I took it off the lot and called a while later to check up on how I was doing with it. Ultimately, I am happy with my car and I feel that I had a very pleasant first buying experience. Everyone at Sunrise Toyota was friendly, helpful, and generally pleasant to deal with, which was a breath of fresh air after the first dealership I visited was so pushy.
