We came to this dealership because it was recommended for the Costco program. We had an appointment scheduled for 2pm for a particular employee but when we arrived we were told he left for the day. I was told by the manager and finance individual I spoke with when buying the car that I would get a loaner when service was required. When I called to make an appointment for the first servicing I was told with when buying the car that I would get a loaner when service was required. When I called to make an appointment for the first servicing I was told the dealership ussually does not provide a loaner for the initial servicing because it takes only 90 minutes. After lots of conversation with the service department I was given an appointment and told I would get a loaner. That appointmant was scheduled for tomorrow, so I thought I would call today and confirm tomorrow's appointment and the avaialability of the loaner. Good thing I did as the service department acted as if they had never agreed to provide the loaner. I contacted my sales consuktant, Sheerie Moustakas, and she not only got me a loaner, but drove it to my place of business to save me the trip. Sheerie was awesome and I certainly appreciate her going the extra mile for me! More
