This is my 3rd transaction with Sunrise Toyota and second with Greg Wire. I to date I have been very satisfied with the level of service at the dealership and with Greg. I was in need of a new family vehicle even though my other Highlander (2001 - 148,000) was still running great. Kevin was the main salesman for my new 2013 Highlander. Kevin was absolutely great. He gave me a very fair price for the vehicle. I also had the pleasure to negotiate with Brad - the sales manager - another great guy. He double checked all the numbers to ensure that I received the best price available. When I picked up the vehicle Kevin had it all ready for us and explained every detail. He even paired both our iphones to the vehicle. He did this with a smile even though the temperature that night was 18 degrees. Brad and Kevin are definite assets to your company! Better not to go to this dealership if you are looking for new car. Salesman Mike Casteluchie and Manager are rude. Eric Roettinger internet sales person assured me they can beat any offer . Superstorm Sandy destroyed two cars and we had been. To a bunch of dealers looking for affordable used car. Sunrise Toyota was the only dealer to think outside the box and made.
