Steve is a knowledgeable, happy guy who genuinely worked to make our experience special. My wife liked and appreciated the absence of the dreaded high pressure sales pitch. She was very happy with the time that Steve spent explaining all the latest safety features and general workings from the driver's seat. Steve also did well fielding my technical questions. When we drove away, I had a confident feeling that we made a good purchase in the price range we wanted to spend. Besides the truck being as great as it is I have to give the most credit to the knowledgable and professional salesman Michael Coltellino. Not only was he a pleasure to do business but honest and trustworthy which as many know not a commonality in the field of leasing/purchasing a vehicle. I have only had a wonderful experience with him and all of the Sunrise Toyota staff. I would highly recommend anybody whom is the market to do business with Toyota go to this dealership. It is clean, friendly, convenient and most of all a true caring and concern regarding the satisfaction for their customers. Actually no need to shop elsewhere. 2014 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X Ok I purchased my 2014 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X on April 31st. The fact that the staff there are down to earth and don't talk to you in the stereotypical Ok I purchased my 2014 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X on April 31st. The fact that the staff there are down to earth and don't talk to you in the stereotypical used car salesman way was very appreciated. I've been looking for this truck for the last 4 months if not longer and most of them were out of reach in different states. I got a good deal on the Xterra especially since Nissan has discontinued the Xterra and as the years go by it's going to be even harder to find the Pro-4X model and it's truly the last few truck based SUV's that you're going to find with a naturally aspirated engine and a real traditional transmission, not like these new CVT transmissions with the four cylinder turbo's that I may suspect long run they're going to require more costly maintenance. But anyway I'm going off course here the short story is Sunrise Toyota in Oakdale made the car buying experience seemless and painless. Go see Rob Parmesan! More

I need a sales rep that won’t jerk me around.” She sweetly said “ no problem I know just the rep to call down “ Rich Lamar was my sales rep yesterday and he truly was a life saver. He was empathetic to my situation and guided me through the daunting process of purchasing the right car for the right price that would fit in my budget!!
