Finally, a dealership that is not out to get you! I am writing this review because I was just amazed and impressed with the services and hospitality that the dealership team provide it to me. My story started when i was looking for a truck with very specifics. The dealership near me did not treat me with respect nor did they have professionalism. I found the truck that I wanted at Sunrise Toyota. I contacted the sales manager Ryan Coltellino. He understood what I needed, knowing that I am coming from out of state and gave me the best price which was below the KBB for that specific new truck. Doing everything over the phone and email, we got the ball going, the he even had the truck bed sprayed for me. He sent his sales associate Mike Coltellino to pick me up from the airport, took me to the dealership. Both Mike and Ryan spent time with me, explaining all the paperwork. Even registered the truck to my state and spent over an hour going through different xxxxtion and features of the truck. Mike even gave me recommendation on where to stay the night and where to have dinner and breakfast so that I can get to enjoy the trip and nake it like a chore. I saw honesty, professionalism and true hospitality that I have seen in cars dealerships anymore. Everything went so smooth and I left with my truck feeling really good. More
