Great Experience, Great Salesman! This is the first Toyota I purchased and the experience was fantastic. My salesman, Ahmed Edwards was great, he had all the answers to the questions I asked. His response to my calls and text where quick and courteous. He did not pressure me into buying the vehicle, but was knowledgeable and explained everything with clear details. No matter how busy he was, the wait time was minimal as the dealership was very busy. The new building is unbelievable, clean bathrooms, large waiting rooms, and the largest mechanic bays I've ever seen. Ahmed Edwards said he would make sure that my Tacoma would be the way I ordered it, and he was SPOT ON. Thanks for a great experience. Jeff Baer More

This being the most enjoyable to date. Meredith in finance was also a pleasure. Previous finance people were pushy about taking their financing and warranties. Not this time!!! Worst buying experience Poor customer service. Incompetent employees including management. Mike (Salesman) did not return phone calls. Minivan was not ready with the deale Poor customer service. Incompetent employees including management. Mike (Salesman) did not return phone calls. Minivan was not ready with the dealer installed add-ons when we went to pick up the minivan. The minivan they tried to give us on delivery was not the one that we ordered and the general manager tried to blame us for the mix up. Our original salesman Efrain showed us an invoice for a minivan with a msrp of over $38,000 with all of the the options we wanted minus the dealer installed add-ons. That was the one we thought we were getting but the sticker on the one we were picking up was $36,3000 without any of the additionl options. In addition our salesman ( mike) and general manager ( Bruce) contradicted themselves on why the dealer installed options weren't ready when the car was to be picked up. When I questioned them and expressed my displeasure Bruce told us we were done. I'm so glad we didn't buy the minivan at Toyota. . We went and bought a Chrysler Pacifica and couldn't be happier. More

Our finance manager, Joshua Roberts, and sales rep, Will Diaz, went above and beyond to make this a wonderful buying experience. Will was very patient with us as we looked through their inventory and did not pressure us or rush us into picking a vehicle. He was in constant contact with us and made us feel like we were his only customers, even though we weren't. Josh made the finance process as seamless as I've ever seen it and even set up a service appointment to get bluetooth installed at no charge to us. This was completely beyond what I expected and I couldn't be happier with the way the entire process was run. Not only are the people great, but the facility itself is comfortable, spacious and very child friendly (which is a plus when you're car shopping with young kids!). Not only were me and my husband happy, my kids were happy as well, and they've added to their collection of Sunrise Toyota stuffed animals. They will only continue to grow this collection because we'll only buy from Sunrise Toyota. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle without the hassle or the stigma that usually follows car dealerships. More

So, I'm normally very weary of going to car dealerships because of past experiences - thankfully, during my most recent trip, this was absolutely not So, I'm normally very weary of going to car dealerships because of past experiences - thankfully, during my most recent trip, this was absolutely not the case. I spoke with Michael Washington about a 2016 Toyota 4Runner that I ended up purchasing; the car's amazing and all, but what really stood out to me is how knowledgable and friendly Mike was. He was extremely professional and was not too pushy as I feel most salesmen are - I understand that's the nature of the business, but to a certain extent most people tend to overdo it and I feel as this will end up driving customers away. Every question I seemed to have was answered fully and concisely. Mike was really personable and we were actually able to share a couple of laughs along the way. I have two daughters who will be looking to buy cars soon before going off to college and I know exactly who I'm going to - I don't think I'll be doing business with anyone else except Mike Washington from here on out.
