That New Vehicle Smell Needed another vehicle and soon (Was looking at the Toyota Highlander 2017 / Honda Pilot 2017). I had known about this dealership as my parents had b Needed another vehicle and soon (Was looking at the Toyota Highlander 2017 / Honda Pilot 2017). I had known about this dealership as my parents had bought their second Camry from them and it's seldom that customer service is so highly emphasized. I went in expecting the typical rigmarole; however the salesman that I was designated was Ahmed Edwards whom had actually recently worked with my co-worker; I know small world. He was very animated and you can definitely tell when someone is extremely passionate about his career. He answered any questions I had with professionalism, courtesy and respect. Any questions he didn't know he would be sure to find the answer to. I was a 50/50 between the Highlander / Pilot; but the customer service and functionality leaned me towards the Highlander. I had done my purchase through Costco's automobile sales and unfortunately forgot to choose the Color I had initially wanted so remember to choose that as it's based on what's available at that dealership. The only portion that I was surprised at was I had ordered body moldings for my vehicle the same day I had purchased it and thought it would have been installed on the day of purchase, however this was not the case. In retrospect though Ahmed did follow up the week thereafter to advise Service would be calling me to schedule as soon as they came in which they did. Thanks for an overall great experience if I had to buy another vehicle I would definitely go through this Dealership as they appreciate you as a customer which is far and few nowadays! Today I came in to lease a new (2017) car with the hopes of lowering my monthly lease payment. My Sales Consultant, Ahmed clearly understood my intentions and we took a Yaris for a test drive. He talked about the Toyota Care program as well as other new programs (and car wash) at this location. He went to the back to "crunch the numbers" and came back with an offer on a 2017 Camry SE (I currently have a Camry LE) for the same monthly cost that I currently am paying. It was the easiest experience I have ever had at Sunrise Toyota, from the minute I walked in until the moment I left. (Even if the process of waiting for all the paperwork is quite time consuming). Jason Jautze, in Finance, was a pleasure to deal with and made the seemingly overwhelming chore of signing papers fairly painless. More
