great experience After loosing my truck in a accident that was a total loss, I bounced around to many dealers within 100 miles. I was looking for a near identical Tacoma to replace mine. It was hard to find in the trim package I wanted and many dealers wanted me to settle. I usually do business with Smithtown Toyota but many of the sales people this time where playing games and even told me I was procrastinating. Also Smithtown Toyota could not even come close to the price at sunrise.. They went so far to tell me Sunrise would never deliver a truck to me at the price I was quoted..... I walked in to Sunrise Toyota and Bruce Levine greeted me. I knew what I wanted and he knew that. He allowed me right away to test drive a very similar truck with a few extras. Bruce did all he could to try to locate the truck I wanted the same day..He didnt played "ill go ask my manager" games when were negotiating and was very straight forward and non pressuring in any way shape or form. I very comfortably placed a deposit on the truck I wanted... Within 1 1/2 months I did take delivery on a truck that was build exactly to my specs.. Bruce called weekly to give a status update as he knew i was eager to get a truck back. The day I took delivery Bruce stopped everything to show me the in's an outs of my new truck. Josh helped out with the financing and was very good to deal with. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I ever had (4 new Toyota's) THANKS BRUCE , your the man! More

Got 2 - RAV4 and Scion Xb Have been dealing with Sunrise Toyota for 17 years. Lease was coming due on my 2014 RAV4 and needed to be replaced, while at the same time it came to Have been dealing with Sunrise Toyota for 17 years. Lease was coming due on my 2014 RAV4 and needed to be replaced, while at the same time it came to the end of the road for my son's 2001 Camry. Went just to look at used cars for him and in the meantime test drove a 2017 RAV4. Ended up buying a 2013 Scion Xb, and the next day leasing another RAV4. Bruce and others in the used car dept. couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The whole car buying experience is overwhelming even for those of us who have been through it. I know it was for my son but thanks to everyone at Toyota, it was made a little bit more bearable. They went out of their way to try to stay within our budget, which for the most part they did. What keeps me from giving it a 5 rating was a thrown away comment at the contract signing about possibly receiving a bill from them for a scratch in the door from normal wear and tear. I have leased 5 cars, and purchased 3, including the current 2 and have returned to this dealership for 17 years, and didn't expect that to be said to me, as it has never been commented on before, and never received a bill, when I have returned cars with minor scratches. Hopefully I won't again. But besides that minor little irritant, everything was great. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Cars are reliable and they are willing to work with you to get you to drive off in a new car, without truly pressuring you. More

Good Experience On 12/30/16 I went to Sunrise Toyota to find a used Prius as my leased Prius was ending after three years.. My salesman Miguel found the perfect Priu On 12/30/16 I went to Sunrise Toyota to find a used Prius as my leased Prius was ending after three years.. My salesman Miguel found the perfect PriusV on the lot and within hours the papers were completed.
