Best experience I've ever had buying a new car everybody there was so knowledgeable and very helpful. I had to change my review because I contacted the deal every other day for 2 weeks and no one returned my call. I recently got a hold of finance and they said they were going to send me the requested docu every other day for 2 weeks and no one returned my call. I recently got a hold of finance and they said they were going to send me the requested documentation but never did. When I called back to follow up he said he was busy with other things and didn't have time to complete my request. So I have to wait til a new month (which I was trying to avoid and made clear at time of purchase). Unacceptable. They hound you for a review and after that they don't care. More

I wish I could say I had a great experience here but sadly I did not. Just bought this car at the beginning of the month and something was off about it. It is having trouble accelerating and it just did sadly I did not. Just bought this car at the beginning of the month and something was off about it. I brought it in to get it looked at and they told me nothing was wrong with it yet I test drove the other Tiguan's and they ran smoother/had great acceleration than mine they sold to me. I was basically laughed at and told to "come back in 6 months". Joe was the only helpful/respectful person in this whole process. I was so excited about purchasing my first Tiguan at this location but instead I was taken advantage of and now I am stuck with a car that I am not happy with. More
