The whole process was simple and easy. They gave me exactly what I needed for both my vehicles. Ultimately this error caused my car payment to be taken out for the month for a car I don’t own. I’m addition I am still waiting for repayment of this error and a call Back for gap insurance and extended warranty payment. More

You gave me the car - but refused to give me copies of my SIGNED documents until after my $12,000 c Will NEVER recommend Sunrise VW to anyone else. You gave me the car - but refused to give me copies of my SIGNED documents until after my $12,000 check cleared. After several weeks and several texts and phone calls and voicemails — I finally had to DRIVE back into the dealership to attempt to get copies of my SIGNED documents. But guess what !! You don’t have the signed contract or anything else! You sent them away! Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in a dealership. All that legwork I HAD TO DO - only to get NOTHING that I had signed. Is this LEGAL ?? You can bet my opinion will be voiced on social media. More
