It was a very bad experience. Everything I was promised was not true. I was supposed to go on as a cosigner for my son and after the sale was done and we sat down to read the words it said that I was a pri was not true. We will rushed through the process so we didn't have to read anything.. when I insisted I'm having a contract on my second car I had a very hard time and then was given a contract supposedly for free but after I left the dealer I realized that wasn't the case. When I called the repair people I found out that I had to pay $165 to bring the car in there and if nothing was wrong the $165 stood. If there was something wrong depending on what it was it was $100 deductible. The whole process was so confusing I would never buy in your dealership again. We were going to buy a car for my mother in there and there's no way we come back. You need to replace ship and the person who has you sign the contract they misled me tremendously. More

I bought a new vehicle at a different dealership and it was a horrible experience. I had alignment issues they could not resolve and had to exchange the vehicle after failing to convince me that it was nor was a horrible experience. I went to Sunrise for my first service and after rotating the tires I had the same issue. What impressed me about the service department here was the no excuse, no BS approach that the service manager John took. He and his tech agreed there was an issue and did not try to convince me otherwise. The service was scheduled and I will be returning to hopefully resolve this once and for all. More

Positives first: showroom and other parts of the dealership are very clean, modern, and inviting. We were very comfortable during our time there- they offered us waters while we waited and everyone dealership are very clean, modern, and inviting. I have mixed feelings about the classic VW bus that was turned into an aquarium, though. While cute, to a fan of the classic VW bus this felt like the wrong choice; I would much rather have seen a fully restored bus than a bus/fish tank art piece. It sent the wrong message to me but I’m a car guy so it may be a niche opinion. They allowed me a very lengthy test drive of the car I wanted to see which was also a nice gesture. On to the negative: I drove for two hours to look at a used car they were advertising on the internet. Their advertised price was within my budget for that car so it seemed worth the time to go look at it. After about an hour of inspection of the car and a test drive, we sat down to talk their initial offer on my trade-in and the costs of the car. This is where I learned that their advertised price of the car was not their real price at all. They added about $2500 of “market adjustment” and almost $1400 of LoJack services and equipment. Their dealer fees for title transfer and registration etc are pretty high but I was expecting those costs. What I didn’t expect was the dishonesty of tricking customers to come look at a car under false pretenses as to the actual price of the car. There was no sticker showing these costs, we only learned of them after we sat down. I don’t care about LoJack and I didn’t like having to pay for it, and I didn’t appreciate the dishonest way they price their cars to bring you into their dealership. While the people were nice enough, I would never buy a car from this dealership again. More
