It was a very bad experience. Everything I was promised was not true. I was supposed to go on as a cosigner for my son and after the sale was done and we sat down to read the words it said that I was a pri was not true. We will rushed through the process so we didn't have to read anything.. when I insisted I'm having a contract on my second car I had a very hard time and then was given a contract supposedly for free but after I left the dealer I realized that wasn't the case. When I called the repair people I found out that I had to pay $165 to bring the car in there and if nothing was wrong the $165 stood. If there was something wrong depending on what it was it was $100 deductible. The whole process was so confusing I would never buy in your dealership again. We were going to buy a car for my mother in there and there's no way we come back. You need to replace ship and the person who has you sign the contract they misled me tremendously. More

I bought a new vehicle at a different dealership and it was a horrible experience. I had alignment issues they could not resolve and had to exchange the vehicle after failing to convince me that it was nor was a horrible experience. What impressed me about the service department here was the no excuse, no BS approach that the service manager John took. He and his tech agreed there was an issue and did not try to convince me otherwise. The service was scheduled and I will be returning to hopefully resolve this once and for all. More
