Just as you’d except- typical dealership trying to rob the public. They fixed my recall but I also needed a battery which they claimed would be $400 to replace. I purchased it at O’reileys for $120. I Love this location. Always clean, swift service, polite employees and very covid-19 cautious. I've been to this dealership twice for oil changes on my 08 Touareg, yes I drive a lot! When I bought the car they didn’t even know that the radio was broken,and I didn’t realize it until I drove off of the lot,maybe my fault but long story short I’ve spent 1000 dollars to get this car a d radio was broken,and I didn’t realize it until I drove off of the lot,maybe my fault but long story short I’ve spent 1000 dollars to get this car a decent sound system.as I was replacing the old speakers with new ones,I noticed that the rubber window seal was damaged amd water was literally pouring onto the speaker area,in which the original speaker was completely rusted.and the problem is that apparently I cannot find a replacement Rubber seal even online....I just wish that these things would have been addressed prior to me purchasing the vehicle,which I feel like I overpaid a little for.so please do a better job of checking for issues like that and letting a customer know before More
