Phil was a great salesman. Not pushy, friendly and knowledgeable. I was disappointed by the finance person who assisted me. I felt he rushed me and when I asked about some of the extra charges, i.e. knowledgeable. I was disappointed by the finance person who assisted me. Those charges could not be removed. When I got home and reviewed the paperwork, I found those charges were optional. I should have pressed harder to have them removed because I didn't want them. More
