My husband and I stopped by on Sunday 12/13 to check out the 2021 Tiguan and Atlas. We had looked at them both online and wanted to come in and see them in person to make a decision. We were approached by a younger sales guy who was extremely condescending and rude right from the start. When I told him what I wanted to see he said verbatim “you should have done your research those are totally different cars” , “absolutely let’s compare them” would have been more appropriate and welcoming. When I told him where I wanted to be payment wise he said “all you care about is money” needless to say we were extremely turned off from the start and left the dealership. supporting local businesses is always my priority but with the experience that we had we will now be driving out of town to purchase the vehicle. More

Not enough certified preowned vehicles on the lot to choose from. Car needed two added fixes since purchase. The oil level was never checked at last service and was low enough for the oil light to come choose from. Car needed two added fixes since purchase. The oil level was never checked at last service and was low enough for the oil light to come on after they did a mandatory emissions update to vehicle in October 21/2020. The vehicle only had 4000 miles since driven of the lot May 30/2020, so the oil level should have been full from the start.How could that much oil burn off in 4000 miles since purchased? Other than that the management was exceptional working with us on the finances. I will wait for a response. More
