SHADY AF! Went to lease a 2024 Taos. While I was sitting with the Salesman Abner, we agreed, and I was presented with a sales sheet, which stated the price was Went to lease a 2024 Taos. While I was sitting with the Salesman Abner, we agreed, and I was presented with a sales sheet, which stated the price was $22,191.00. Kevin in finance would not shut up, and all he was talking about was his personal business. This was a tactic to keep my attention away from the contract. Because Kevin was talking so much, it was late when we were l leaving, so I didn't wait for my paper copy of the contract. Instead, Kevin said he would email it to me as soon as he got back to his desk. Fast forward 2 weeks and 4 follow-up phone calls later, I was emailed the contract where now the same car was $26,296.00. THIS IS A BASE MODEL TAOS! Also, they took my down payment of $2,250.00 and used it on additional features NEVER requested (Lojack and Vin Echting). I then start to communicate with a Sales Manager Michael. He began to deflect all my questions as soon as I asked him to provide a copy of the sales sheet I signed, which stated the price was $22,191.00. All of a sudden, everything had to go back to finance. I continued my questions on how it was possible the price changed and that it took 2 weeks to get my contract when he hung up. STAY AWAY! I WAS ROBBED AND WHEN THEY WERE CONFRONTED THEY HUNG UP. If I could give 0 stars, I would! More
