In December of 2017 I purchased a 2015 Jetta TDI from an expired lease, along with a 72-month extended warranty for my wife's use while I was out of town working as an airline pilot on a regular basis. The expired lease, along with a 72-month extended warranty for my wife's use while I was out of town working as an airline pilot on a regular basis. The car had 28k miles on it, but needed some repairs. After several trips to another dealer, who did not complete all the needed repairs (and who was difficult to deal with), I decided to try Sunrise VW in Fort Pierce. Before going there I made a call to the Service Department, and spoke with Jon, explained the history & current situation, and asked if they could help. Consequently I decided to give Sunrise VW a try. I was pleased/surprised to get the car in right away for service, and was fortunate enough to meet Jon, who remembered the conversation, and patiently listened and made extensive notes for the service order. If the issues weren't clear, he asked great questions for clarification. My biggest concern was getting everything repaired, regardless of time or cost, and told him I would leave the car with him as needed, to call if there were questions, or when the car was repaired and ready for pickup. When I received a call the car was ready for pickup I mentioned an additional issue that I had forgotten to list when the car was dropped-off, and asked if they could check that as well before I came to pick it up. Later that same day when I picked the car up, everything had been completed. My wife & I walked around the dealership, and were impressed about how nice & attractive it was, and how friendly (and not pushy) everyone was, as well as the nice selection of new & used vehicles on display. The charges for the repairs were fair and explained in advance, so there were no surprises. After driving the car for a week now, all the issues appear to have been resolved. My original expectations were low due to previous experiences, but the result at Sunrise VW was more than satisfactory with every issue being completely resolved in a timely manner with a caring, professional friendliness that speaks volumes to customers like me. All I can say now is, "Thank You!" for your help, professionalism, and friendliness. You (all) have renewed our faith in the VW brand of autos, which are fun & economical to drive, and have great looks, as well! (RK) More
