The professional courtesy extended - social distancing and adherence to CDC guidelines exacting, YET ... you still felt a part of the "VW Family" throughout the process. Philip Hardy - Salesperson, and Jamie Negvesky - Sales Manager, worked with my wife and I throughout ... we never ever felt pushed or pressured, literally it was us shopping for what fit us individually and as a family. The selections available covered all target areas for us, and a decision was made ... our first VW to boot! I have to say, YES it was the quality of the product and eye appeal, but without a doubt one - Mr. Hardy and Mr. Negvesky played KEY in the successful outcome!
