Bought a couple of days ago a new 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL 4 motions R Premium. Next day, I noticed that the carpet mats are missing as well as the cargo car cover which is strange for such a high end trim. The sales manager claimed that VW doesn’t supply carpet rugs and the car cargo cover is not included. Basically I was on my own to deal with it - tough luck !!! After several messages back and forth they started saying they might find a solution !!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP - totally untrustworthy. Worst customer service experience ever !!! More
