Sunrise Ford Volkswagen is the latest addition to the Sunrise Ford family business which has been a fixture in St. Lucie County since 1932. Clean, quick, prompt and polite. Very impressive. All problems fixed. Would have gladly given 5 stars except for the many calls and emails. It's clear they are a dealer and sell Very impressive. It's clear they are a dealer and sell cars but before this visit I got 2 and once 3 email "value" offers per month. After I made this appointment I got multiple phone calls. One called to initially confirm my appointment but had wrong info. Seemed to be a bogus call especially since I had called earlier to confirm parts arrival. Another called me twice....with the second call coming after my pointed request to stop. None of the calls were from Service who are a pleasure to work with. Oh....my VW is new enough to still be under warrantee. Funny thing -- no one's ever asked how I like the car. Again -- great dealership. Prompt, polite, excellent service. Just lighten up on the calls and emails that quickly go from "How did we do?" to a sales pitch. Note - Phone callers not listed below in the "People you worked with." More
