The disrespect for time is truly immense. This dealer sold me a nonfunctional LoJack on my vehicle which they claimed was necessary for the sale to occur. Once I realized it wasn’t working I This dealer sold me a nonfunctional LoJack on my vehicle which they claimed was necessary for the sale to occur. Once I realized it wasn’t working I spent multiple hours of my time going back and forth to the dealer and speaking with LoJack customer service about the issue with no solution . Today was my third time driving to the dealer for them to say upon arrival that the only person that could “fix the issue” had just gone home, this is after they told me to come in today. At this point I am wondering if this is a scam to upsell customers on a service that doesn’t work . We would like a full refund of the non working service plus compensation for our wasted time and efforts. More
