Sunrise Ford Volkswagen is the latest addition to the Sunrise Ford family business which has been a fixture in St. Lucie County since 1932. Like Sunrise Ford, Sunrise Volkswagen has a staff of certified sales and service personnel providing hometown customer service. Everyone in that building went above and beyond to sell me a vehicle. Originally I was not looking to purchase a car however they managed to show me the value behind the investment. Great staff staring with Hannah in sales who truly set the stage for the purchase and created the opportunity, on to the sales manager Michael on the management side who really took interest in my car buying experience, to Rebecca in service who continued reaching out with follow ups prior and after my new vehicle purchase. Clean, friendly - very welcoming did a recall schedule for me. Oil change was high dollars , thought they would have cleaned the car a little better. Service was overall 7 out of 10 for me. They charged me 1400 dollars for insurance that don't really need.
