My daughter recently took her Ford Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager reached out and stated the vehicle needed the brake fluid flushed and the coolant system flushed. The brake fluid had been flushed less than 3,500 miles prior to this visit, so this was concerning. After picking the vehicle up, the service light came on approximately 10 miles from the dealership. I called the service manager and he said it would cost $200 to diagnose the problem. I questioned this cost since the light was not on when the vehicle was dropped off. He graciously agreed to identify the code for free. After hanging up, the service manager called back and said the light was on when they received the vehicle. It was not. In fact, when the vehicle was brought back in and the code read, it was determined the airbox had not been properly secured. The service manager was still unwilling to admit their fault even after their own technician found and corrected the problem. This is not a service department I would recommend using. More

The customer service was great but unfortunately the mechanics left my car in unspeakable mistake. My coolant reservoir was left with no cap on it which lead to me driving an hour home with my coolant f mechanics left my car in unspeakable mistake. My coolant reservoir was left with no cap on it which lead to me driving an hour home with my coolant free flowing out of my car at every stop. I was credited a gallon on coolant but will be remembering this next time there is an issue with my vehicle. Grant and John handled the situation good just would hate for this to happen to someone else. More
