I went to this dealership for the car I had seen online. I had never been there before. Sales staff was friendly, but not extraordinary. There was no follow up after the sale to ask me if I liked the car, I had never been there before. Sales staff was friendly, but not extraordinary. In that respect, I was disappointed. They are simply after the “Profit” not a genuine relationship with the customer. They put a defective tire on my car and are refusing to replace it unless I pay for it. The balance on the other tire was off but instead of checking it I got excuses regarding the kind of balance that was replace it unless I pay for it. I’ve had to go back repeatedly for alignment and tire issues and I just broke 12000 miles. I had to go to an independent shop and get them to document the radial pull in one of the new tires but now looking back I’m sure they knew it was a bad tire. I came in for an oil change and to rotate my old tires back to the front because the handling was awful with the defect. I pulled up to service and was greeted by a service writer other than John, the service manager whom I was trying to get to do something about the tires. He avoided me the entire visit. I’ve completely changed my opinion of this establishment. I no longer feel comfortable servicing my vehicle there. More
