3 times with flat tires in 1 month and 2 of the 3 visits I had a problem with my service. John is great, however whoever took care of my car on the last visit did not put the valve cap back on! They were helpful until I bought the car. There were some items that weren’t installed before I picked it up even though the dealer had the car for several days before hand. As I tried to figure out when I could take the car back to get the items installed since the dealership is 94 miles away. I received a UPS package with the items at my house. No instructions, no letter, nothing. Emails and texts to the dealership have gone unanswered. Last tine I deal with a dealership that is not within a 30 minute drive. More
