We recently did a deal at Sunrise Ford Volkswagen where we traded a 2017 vehicle in for a 2022 truck with sales representative Jeff Cook. From the first introduction to Jeff and throughout the entire test we traded a 2017 vehicle in for a 2022 truck with sales representative Jeff Cook. From the first introduction to Jeff and throughout the entire test drive and negotiations, Jeff did everything he could to ensure that the deal was fair to both parties. He had all of the information on our new vehicle and all of the questions that we asked were answered. He was professional, friendly, honest and trustworthy. When it came time to finalize the purchase, Jeff introduced us to his supervisor, Mark Adams, who took the time to listen to all of mine and my wife's concerns as we put the deal together. Our experience at the dealership and negotiations with both Jeff and Mark were stress free and seamless.
