Came in for oil change and diagnosis. Diagnosis came back as a bad front assist censor. $4500 price tag. Driving my car today the censor works perfectly fine the error light has not come Diagnosis came back as a bad front assist censor. $4500 price tag. Driving my car today the censor works perfectly fine the error light has not come on. They knew we were possibly interested in trading in the car. I feel that may have affected the outcome of the diagnosis. The wait time was too long. We also schedule to have someone look at my car for trade in value, but the service person said they would only do that if we started the process of buying a car. We spoke to the person who was scheduled to give us a trade in value and she wonder why we had not come in as scheduled. We explained what happened. She was prepared to look at the car so the service person was wrong. An overall bad experience. More

They did a fantastic job! Dropped my car off at 8am and picked it up by 5pm. They kept me up to date on everything! Great service! This dealerships service center runs like a well oiled machine. I left another VW dealership and travel 40 minutes to bring my Atlas to Sunrise VW. The service reps are all very accommodating and take the time to thoroughly explain things. Love this dealership! Bonus: They have a VW Bus made into an aquarium…very cool. The dealership is new so the service center is incredibly clean and organized. More
