I was told I could go as a walk in, and I did ask twice to be sure it was okay. They took my car, and held it all day before calling to tell me that they didn’t think my wheel bearing was broken, and to ta to be sure it was okay. If they didn’t want to service my car, they could’ve said so, it would’ve been 100% okay. It’s just curious that when I went to another Volkswagen dealership, they diagnosed the problem to be the wheel bearing, and had it fixed in a few hours. Don’t be afraid to tell people to book an appointment if you don’t prefer the walk in. More
