I had previously leased from their Venice store and happened to be about up on our SRX. We received an invite to check out the new XT4 on display. We were greeted by Heather as soon as we arrived. I say greeted and not hounded because she let us know she was there to help if we neede it. This was refreshing compared to my past experiences when browsing car dealerships. When I was ready with my questions, she was knowledgeable and courteous. She ended up arranging a test drive of our new XT5 and even swapped our SRX out 30 plus miles away at our home. The paperwork which I hate was even a breeze. I will definitely be back when we are ready for our next lease and I highly recommend you ask for Heather. She gets 10 out of 10. More

Tim and his team made the buying extremely easy and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I got the car about a week after buying it as I was getting it shipped to South Carolina and the car was impeccable. All cars from this dealership come with 1000 mile warranty or 1 month. Had some issues with the car 45 days later which were diagnosed incorrectly from the Audi authorized dealership. Called Tim and I am glad he did as he covered the issues even though it was not his responsibility to do so. I will never buy another car from another dealership. They went above and beyond to help me and I am forever grateful. If there was a way to give it more stars I would. AAAA+++ More
