Dealership is clean, well kept, and organized. There seems to be a backlog of service vehicles. Initially, I was told I would that I would need to leave my vehicle at the shop for 7 to 10 days (rear camera not working). Then, I was offered an appointment in August (45 days lead time). Then, Bob Edwards found a time slot that I could be slotted-into. Not sure if this is a labor shortage, or parts shortage, but bring back the extra night shifts. Finally, if customers aren't willing to tie up their car for 7 to 10 days they just might find a local repair shop for those repairs that are not dealership dependent. More
