Ford had a recall on my car and the recall said the parts to fix it would not be available until the third quarter of the year. We were not happy with Sean Johns not calling & letting us know what was going on. We asked for an estimate on replacing the safety belt latch & he called with the estimate but he was suppose to check & s us know what was going on. Wanted it done but he was suppose to check & call us back. Also he said the part would be in Tuesday. Didn't hear from him so we called Sunset on Wednesday. He was coming in later so someone else was suppose to check & let us know. Didn't hear from anyone so called back & had to leave message on Sean Johns phone. Still didn't hear from him so called back & was told he was at his desk. Got his voicemail. Didn't leave message. He called back & we got disconnected. He didn't call back so had to call him. He said it would be done within the hour. He didn't call to say it was done so went & got it. He was at lunch so Michael Wilhite checked us out. More
