Many thanks to Bob Edwards! We have a 2020 Explorer that needed some work done on the turbo. The parts were backordered for quite a while, but Bob put me in a 2020 Explorer loaner while we waited for the pa needed some work done on the turbo. Service Advisor Michael Sensmeyer was excellent to deal with on my 2009 Ford Escape service. The only disappointing part of my service experience was the lack of a valve stem to correct tire pressure senso with on my 2009 Ford Escape service.
