Each of our 3 scheduled maintenance checks were forced to be rescheduled due to “computer issues”. Because of this last reschedule my wife had to take our two kids in there on a super hot day and wait. Then, be rescheduled due to “computer issues”. Then, once it was done the service center called me to tell me it was done even though my wife and kids were sitting right there. That part is fine, but it’s super inconvenient to be forced to reschedule every single time we’ve tried to make an appointment. More

I had a oil change, vehicle inspection and a tire rotation and waited for it. The service was started on time and they were done in a little more than an hour.
