First time having service done at this dealership and I was pleased with the service and the surrounding waiting area. My car is 10 years old and one of my headlights went out. I had them replace headlig was pleased with the service and the surrounding waiting area. My car is 10 years old and one of my headlights went out. I had them replace headlights and bulbs on each side. They even cleaned the headlight cover! Thanks for the car wash and vacuum. As always wish it had taken less time!!!! I will keep my service here. Not a good experience. Called to get a quote. 475 and two and a half hours turned into double the price and 5 hours. Everything a key, programming etc were higher than discussed. I had to bring my car in twice, once at the end of November and once on December 16. I was helped both times by Jennifer and she was great both times. She was very respectful and kind and explained the situation with my car expertly being the holiday season there's a lot of stress and everyone is very busy but she made me feel important and appreciated. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee to help the people who come come in for service. I would also like to give a shout out to the young man who came to pick us up in a shuttle to run us back to the dealership to get our car.
