I have noticed a decline in the quality of customer service. My car had a recall, I scheduled an appointment, and no one ever contacted me to inform me that I would need to leave my vehicle for two day service. Additionally, the person assigned to me never came to receive me when I arrived at the dealership, nor did they inform me about what type of service would be performed on my vehicle or how long I would need to wait. I had to approach them myself to ask for this information. Previously, I was always received promptly and given a clear explanation of everything. It used to be a premium service, but it no longer seems to be the case. More
