I would’ve left five stars if not for the service gentleman that helps me. He tried to charge me for something that they did not do. He tried to charge me for changing my battery with they did not ch gentleman that helps me. He tried to charge me for something that they did not do. He tried to charge me for changing my battery with they did not change. My battery was Brand-new purchased it at Walmart, a month before . I asked to see a manager but instead of going for his manager he just took the charge off my bill. Which was a little suspicious to me. Because of his actions they just lost a loyal customer that has been with them for five years. More

My wife’s Volkswagen has been at the shop for almost 10 weeks. Parts have been ordered, installed, and it didn’t do anything. At this point I truly believe they have no idea what’s even going on with the c weeks. Parts have been ordered, installed, and it didn’t do anything. At this point I truly believe they have no idea what’s even going on with the car. “Which is only 3 years old, and under warranty” meanwhile we’re paying a premium price for a vehicle we don’t even get to drive. My pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter are driving in a base Tiguan with 0 safety features which is absolutely ridiculous. My wife has 4 months left on her lease, and I don’t think it’ll be too much to ask for to let us out of our lease. At the end of the day we’ve been paying for a car we don’t even have, and no one at sunset has any clue how much longer it’ll take to get ours fixed. So again, why can’t you let us out?? I know for a fact you could, you just don’t want to because we don’t want another VW. Absolutely worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. Take your business to Bob Boast Volkswagen, they’re willing to help me more than sunset where we bought our car. More
