Not a good first impression with Service Department I purchased a F250 in February, 2012 from Sunshine Ford. In June of 2014 the rear differential developed a leak. I called for an appointment and was I purchased a F250 in February, 2012 from Sunshine Ford. In June of 2014 the rear differential developed a leak. I called for an appointment and was told it would be a week and a half before the service department could service the truck. I dropped the truck off the day before the scheduled appointment so they would have it first thing in the morning, my appointment was for 7:30 am. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. Mid morning I received a call and was told the pinion seal was leaking and needed to be replaced. It was stated that they should have the part later that afternoon. The truck was not ready by the end of that day but I was assured it would be ready the next day. At the end of the second day I called the service department and was told the truck would not be ready until the next day. Finally on the third day the repair was completed. I was informed that the delay was because the service department was busy and short on manpower. I hope my first experience with the service department at Sunshine Ford is not an indication of any future service appointments I may have. More

Amazing Dealership I've always hated going to car dealerships shopping for new vehicles. The sales people are always so pushy, looking at me as just another deal. This time I was pleasantly surprised. I'm almost ready to purchase my next vehicle and when I was approached at sunshine ford, I was ready for the usual pressuring sales person. That was not the case here. Steve bates "the Fonz" answered all my questions and wasn't pushy at all. He spent a lot of time with me and made me feel so comfortable. I also spoke with the sales manager, Steve cosco, who was just as great. I will be purchase my next vehicle within the next few weeks and will definitely be going back to sunshine ford! More
