Minivan purchased Dec 17th 2021 Date 01/26/2022 Services Performed Title issued or updated Vehicle color noted as Blue --------------------------------------------------- 2021 Date 01/26/2022 Services Performed Title issued or updated Vehicle color noted as Blue --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Registration was transferred to another vehicle while the minivan was undrivable due to mechanical failure. Registration transferred back onto the minivan on this date. 02/08/2022 Services Performed Registration issued or renewed Vehicle color noted as Blue --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Carfax reports title issued when I did not do any transactions for the minivan that would require a new title or registration. My plate was cancelled because DMV records show that the minivan was sold to someone else. 04/15/2022 Services Performed Title or registration issued Vehicle color noted as Blue --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dealership told the title division at the CT DMV that they accidentally registered the minivan to someone else at the end of the same day I originally purchased it yet I was able to transfer the registration to another vehicle and then back onto the minivan in February which would not be possible if that was the case. The dealership would not be able to sell it to someone else at the end of the same day because the title was already filled out and I was driving the minivan away at the end of the same business day with plates on it and a copy of the new registration. They have to submit paperwork to DMV and they would not have been able to submit the same title twice with different names on it. It is my belief that they used my VIN to register a similar vehicle to someone else in April 2022 probably hoping that the dilapidated minivan they sold me would have already been scrapped which would have been the case if I did not know how to do the labor for the repairs myself to keep it on the road with the thousands of dollars in parts it ended up needing. More

Buyer beware they are the most dishonest, unprofessional, and do not keep their word to do repairs and other things promised. There are too many choices of dealerships I would make another choice.
