Great customer service They are so helful at this location and even put me in a rental car and saved me $1700 dollars on my AC repair. Mr. Dale checked to see if i had extended warranty that i didn't even realize i had and I appreciate him going the extra mile to check it out since i wasn't sure about it. This location is pretty far from my home but i have always had such a great experience so I drive the distance for better customer service. The nissan in metarie will not get my business i had a bad experience there. And if you want to buy a car Mr. Austin is my favorite car salesman at Nissan of Slidell. More

Rating I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years. I’ve been to this dealership three times and everytime I come there’s a problem. Last time I literally wa I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years. I’ve been to this dealership three times and everytime I come there’s a problem. Last time I literally waited 5 hours for an oil change. This time I was charged for a rotation and I know for a fact it was not done and I was told that I needed a new battery when I just purchased one a month ago. Horrible experiences here. More
