This dealer LIED & STOLE OUR MONEY! The general manager and salesman lied to us and refused to refund our money! This dealership pressured my husband and I into processing a downpayment on a car we could n and salesman lied to us and refused to refund our money! This dealership pressured my husband and I into processing a downpayment on a car we could not afford and even added several unnecessary additions that kept making the vehicle more and more expensive. We were not able to test drive the vehicle as it needed a new tire, so we said we did not want to officially say "YES" until we were able to drive the car. They said of course, and told us they would rip up the paper work if we decided not to purchase. However when we did change our mind they were RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and REFUSED to reverse the $5000 we put down on the car! The charges have still not been reversed and it has been over a week. The general manager LIED to my husband when we called for confirmation of the charge reversal, he said he had done it...but he has not. I strongly suggest you DO NOT purchase from this dealership. More
