I went in for my 24000 mile service under the Toyotacare program. I was charged for the tire rotation that had been at no cist under the plan in the past. Salesman we have was very preoccupied with OTHER items than the sale to us. Final sales checklist was completed with us and was pushed to us to sign without a through review.
