My wife and I bought a brand new 4 runner and a 2015 tundra in the same week less than a year ago from your dealership. Now, my tundra has only 50,000 miles and the A/C quit working. It’s very sad when a 19yr old female college student goes in for an oil change and tire rotation and they are told the bill is $340 plus tax. My daughter called me in tears because I gave her $100 for her oil change when she is presented with her bill, I and my whole family are loyal Toyota customers for 40 plus years. If this is how Supreme Toyota in Hammond,La takes advantage of struggling college students, Corporate needs to intervene and someone should be reprimanded. The employee she encountered the problem with is Eduardo. I spoke to Eduardo on the phone and asked what warranted the tire balance and he had no response. I just drove my daughter’s car the day before for over an hour and the tires didn’t need to be balanced. Sad sad sad Toyota. Good business last forever bad business is only short term.
