The folks at Supreme Toyota are really good. I was in need of a tire repair due to a nail in one of the tires. When they inspected the issue they also found that I needed a front end alignment. I forgot to mention that I called at 3:30 in the afternoon and they took me in. The car is driving and handling so much better. I went to Supreme Toyota because I believed I had a screw in my tire. They checked it & told me it was not repairable because it was too close to the edge of the tire. I was not happy about paying that much for a tire and she asked another service tech to take a look at my tire again to make sure it was not able to be repaired. The second opinion also said, the tire was not repairable. They did not have the tire in stock & I told her I’d let her know if I wanted them to order me a tire. I had it checked at a local tire center the next day & the screw had NOT penetrated my tire at all. There was NO leak. The service tech checked it with soapy water and this man said your tire is fine, you don’t need anything done to the tire. I’m not sure how thoroughly they check a tire to see if it can be repaired at Supreme Toyota but I almost bought a $325.00 tire when I didn’t need it. I only have 6300 miles on my car by the way. I hope they weren’t trying to take advantage of me because I’m a woman. More

I had an appointment with a salesman and when I got to the dealership I found out it was his day off. The rest of the experience was good. I recently purchase my first vehicle and it was the best experience. CJ and Patrick were the salesperson and financial person I dealt with. They were pleasant and nice. We purchased a new Highlander and was offered a discount tha Supreme Toyota is one of only two dealerships participating in the Cosco new car program. We purchased a new Highlander and was offered a discount that was significantly greater than what two other dealerships were willing to offer. Joey, our sales rep,, was very easy to deal with and he did not pressure us into purchasing add-ons that we did not need. When our new vehicle arrived at the dealership, Joey took all the time that my wife and I needed to explain the many features of our new SUV. The financial counselor, C.J. Wanamaker explained to us several warranty options that Toyota offered but he did not pressure us into purchasing any of them. There are many other positives to write about however, in summary, the purchasing experience at Supreme Toyota of Hammond was excellent. It was well worth the trip from Baton Rouge to purchase a vehicle from this dealer ship. More
