Replacement of 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Susquehanna in December 2013. I loved it, until it started having issues. Everyone at Susquehann I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Susquehanna in December 2013. I loved it, until it started having issues. Everyone at Susquehanna was terrific about trying to make it right. A few Saturday's ago, my 2014 Jeep acted up one too many times and I took it back to Susquehanna. Damian Wissler and his team treated me with respect and went to work to find a replacement vehicle. In less than two weeks, I a am driving a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and the exchange went smoothly. I truly believe I received a fair deal and that Susquehanna did everything they could to make me happy. Thank you to all the team members at Susquehanna! More
Wont be back for anything Poor customer service. I originally went there to get a new key for my Dodge Stratus.. the customer service is beyond poor at the Service center. Beca Poor customer service. Not A Good Start Although our experience with purchasing the Jeep was fantastic we were a little disappointed that the recon department made our sales rep look bad wit Although our experience with purchasing the Jeep was fantastic we were a little disappointed that the recon department made our sales rep look bad with things as simple as changing the wiper blades, making sure there was washer fluid, and that the key fobs both worked. We left the dealership and replaced the blades ourselves and filled the washer fluid up since it was empty. It had been snowing since the night before and was still snowing so these things were definitely needed to take the Jeep home safely. I'm hoping our service is better than the reviews that I have read regarding the warranty repairs and basic maintenance. We'll give them a chance, we would really like to have this dealership maintain our new Jeep. More
Bad service department I bought a new ram 1500 Eco diesel at Susquehanna. I purchased there paint protector package. I was told they would applie it on that Saturday when I I bought a new ram 1500 Eco diesel at Susquehanna. I purchased there paint protector package. I was told they would applie it on that Saturday when I showed up that Saturday. I was then told that they stop doing it on Saturdays. Wasn't happy that the sells department didn't know this when they sold me the package. Was told I would have to made an appointment to have it applied during the week and they would need my new truck for the day there would be a rental car charge if I needed one. What the xxxx I wouldn't of traded in my car if I knew this until the truck was ready for delivery. So I make appointment to have it done when I pickup my truck there are scratches in the bed of the truck. Not didn't I even get a apology I was told how did they know they did it. Top top it off the top of the truck had blisters in the paint. Now they won't fix any of this. I would stay clear of this place There are plenty of dodge dealerships around that know how to treat there customers More
Do not get oil changed at Susquehanna Dodge I have been a long time customer. I had my oil changed little over 2 weeks ago on my truck that I bought there brand new. My husband smelled antifree I have been a long time customer. I had my oil changed little over 2 weeks ago on my truck that I bought there brand new. My husband smelled antifreeze smell in the truck while driving it. He opened the hood to see where the smell was coming from and notice that the radiator was bent and pushed back. We personally don't work on our vehicles so I knew that when I had my oil change is when this happened. My husband went up to speak to them and they stated that it was bent because of the antifreeze mixture. My husband took the truck to the garage that does our inspection which is very reputable in Wrightsville and he said that someone had to hit it with something to cause that damage. He spoke to Pat the assistant manager of Susquehanna Dodge and told him what he saw. I then spoke to Pat and he said that's it my word against his and that's all that matters and they will not fix it. I will be going up to Susquehanna Dodge to speak to the manager to see if I can get some resolve. I have my truck scheduled to get the radiator fixed by someone else. More
I went to the dealership without an appointment with a transmission issue and was treated with respect and friendlyness. Patrick Washington's professional attitude and confidence were outstanding, they (the mechanic and Pat) assured me my problem was minor and they were confident in their judgement and they were correct.While I was waiting I wandered over to the new car section and was greeted by James Bell, even though I told him I was not financially ready to buy he still took the time to walk me around and show me some of the new styles of 300's and jeeps. Did he have to do that, no, knowing I was not ready to buy he could have walked away. I give him a very high rating for that alone and when I buy a Chrysler again it will be from him. I originally bought my Chrysler from Don White, in Timonium but never felt comfortable there, they even sold me a brand new Sebring that couln't pass PA emmission standards. Maybe their fault, maybe not, but my auto experience' s are are going to be with Susquehanna Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Wrightsville, they made me feel welcome. There was even a lovely blond hair lady that works there (name unknown)I believe works upstairs, just a guess, that made certain to me that coffee and snacks were available if I should so desire. We have returned to this dealership twice for service after purchasing a used Wrangler. The first visit resulted in a warranty repair. Excellent experience. Problem was diagnosed, repaired, and we were completely informed about the problem, time required, and given a loaner vehicle. Our second visit was for routine service and accessory installation. We wanted fog lights installed. Jeep offers 2 varieties. Initially we wanted the 'above bumper' lamps since our bumper did not have the lamp knock-outs. Nevin suggested a new bumper from a Jeep that was just upgraded. For only a few dollars more than the 'above bumper lights', we got an original equipment bumper with integrated fog lights. We considered this a real value and a great price too. More

I am so thankful for at Stetler Dodge, I found REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE associates at Susquehanna Dodge! They were wonderful, kind, helpful people ! I am so thankful for their help, and their kind attention to my problem. From my first contact with Heather in the Service department, on Sat.Sept.3rd, at around 1pm, I advised that the tow truck was on the way, she told me not to worry, the showroom would be open until 4pm. Dropped the keys off to the gal in the showroom, and she gave me keys to a beautiful Jeep Compass. Nevin called me Monday morning, Sept.5th, said the part would be in Tues. Sept. 6th. Picked-up my Jeep, Tuesday @ noon. I couldn't ask for anything more. (except that my Jeep, with only 12,000 miles was 30 days out - of - warranty ) Why have I given them an outstanding rating? I was so used to being abused elsewhere, that I HAD to express my THANKS ! More
My Sprinter had a tie rod end break late in the day. Although we had a very good dealer, Larry Miller Dodge,to take care of our truck's needs, we were more than aprehensive prior to visiting Susquehanna Dodge.
